Today, CIRAM is the only laboratory deprived to propose : - real TL datings in the respect for the procedures stemming from the scientific research, - studies by PIXE in extracted bundle, similar to AGLAE ( C2RMF), - radiography X digital, in situ . A scientific initiative in the service of the archaeological search Our team of specialists of the physico-chemical methods applied to the archaeology brings rigorous analytical answers to your main problems: - The chronology of a site , by the crossing of methods of physical dating: Dendrochronology, Carbon 14, Thermoluminescence. - The characterization of artefacts , to identify materials, define the techniques of manufacturing, the changes and propose a technical support in the restoration. - The search for origin of materials , which participates in a global reflection on the economic and social exchanges through the space and the time.
